![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If your life was a TV show, what would it be? It made me cry as a child and makes me cry still. I have lots of favourites but since my son recently read Where the Red Fern Grows and I have lots of memories with that book I’ll pick that one. I’ve never outgrown my love of pancakes or French toast. I’ll sit in a lawn chair and read while the kids play.īreakfast, if we have time to make a “real” one. I mainly read in the school pick up line or on the couch during my little boy’s nap time. I rarely have the luxury of reading wherever I want. I love telling adult stories that allow me to not only escape to my favourite places and times in history but that also allow me to explore different emotions and struggles and ultimately sigh over happily ever afters. The sneaky Mom in me often throws in a subtle lesson or two. I think they feel empowered when I send them on a daring adventure or to some new and faraway land. So many reasons! I enjoy telling bedtime stories and watching my kids eyes light up when I use them as a character.
